Cosecha Partners is a pioneering social business that catalyzes regenerative agriculture and market inclusion for smallholder farmers in poor and vulnerable rural communities. Based in Nicaragua, we have worked alongside more than 6,000 smallholder households through our innovative outreach program, addressing both the agronomic and market factors that influence farmer income.

As part of our outreach program, Cosecha Partners invest in the capacity and asset base of smallholder households by providing inputs, technology, education and access to credit. With these resources, smallholder farmers can become successful participants in high-value, global food chains, improving their productivity and earning higher and more stable income. The resulting market linkages become engines of impact for rural communities to build sustainable livelihoods, regenerate vulnerable ecosystems, and empower women and youth.
